Thank you for using Dairy App, a mobile and web application designed to help dairy farmers and sellers track daily sales of milk (cow & buffalo), curd, and other dairy products. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. All your sales records are stored locally on your device only.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Sales Records (Stored Locally)
The app allows you to save temporary records of:

• Cow milk sales (quantity, price, date)
• Buffalo milk sales
• Curd sales
• Customer name (optional, entered by you)
• Payment status

These records are saved only on your device and are never uploaded to any server.

1.2 Generated Files (PDF & CSV)
When you export your sales data:

• The app creates PDF or CSV files using your local records.
• These files are saved in your device's download folder or chosen location.
• You can share them via email, WhatsApp, or other apps.

We do not access, store, or transmit these files.

1.3 Camera & Storage Permissions
The app requests permission to:

• Camera: To allow you to attach photos to sales entries (e.g., customer receipt, milk can, or product image).
• Storage/Files: To save and read exported PDF/CSV files and access photos.

All photos and files remain on your device. We do not upload or process them.

1.4 No Personal Data Collected
We do not collect:

• Your name, email, or phone number
• Location data
• Login credentials
• Usage analytics or tracking

2. How We Use Information

2.1 Local Data Processing Only
Your sales data is used solely within the app to:

• Display daily, weekly, or monthly summaries
• Generate PDF and CSV reports
• Enable search and filtering of records

No data leaves your device unless you explicitly share a file.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

3.1 No Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your data with any third parties, advertisers, or analytics providers.

3.2 User-Initiated Sharing
When you choose to share a PDF or CSV file (via WhatsApp, email, etc.), the file is sent directly from your device using your chosen app. We do not intercept or store shared files.

3.3 Legal Compliance
Since we do not collect or store any data on servers, we cannot disclose information in response to legal requests.

4. Data Security

Your sales records and files are stored securely on your device using standard local storage methods. We recommend enabling device lock (PIN, fingerprint, or face ID) to protect your data.

Note: If you uninstall the app or clear app data, all records will be permanently deleted.

5. Children's Privacy

Dairy App is intended for use by adults managing dairy businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is entered, it remains local to the device.

6. No Cloud Sync or Backup

This app does not offer cloud backup or sync. All data is stored locally. To prevent data loss:

• Regularly export and save PDF/CSV files
• Back up your device
